BioFoodTech’s Cider Workshop features Dominic Rivard, a well recognized cider, wine, and kombucha producer with over 20 years experience in commercial wine and cider production, marketing, export sales, and R&D. He will share his extensive experience BioFoodTech’s 2-day Artisan Cider Workshop.
Topics include cider techniques, ingredients & ratios, nutrients, equipment, in-process quality measurements, and more. Participants will gain hands on experience in the pilot plant—making and testing fermented cider, and learning to create unique, high quality products.
Cost: $495* +HST
Includes: course materials, breaks, lunches, and pilot plant materials.
Maximum 15 participants.
